Ingredients :
- Nethili karuvadu/anchovies dry fish-100 gram
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Masala chili powder/kulambu milage thool- 2 tsp
- Salt- few
Method:
Step 1: First soak the dry fish in boiled water for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Marinate the dry fish with turmeric powder, masala chili powder, small amount of salt for 10 minutes.
Step 3: After 10 minutes, take a pan, heat 3 tsp of oil and add the marinated mixture. Cook till the dry fish turns crispy.switch off the stove and serve it with curd rice.
