Hello everyone,
Now I'm going to show you how to make radish sambar in chettinad style. I'll show you step by step photos and instructions. Mullangi sambar receipe is one of the common dish that everyone should cook once in a week. Radish gives some favorable and additional taste to the sambar. Just try this receipe once in your house. You'll feel the taste. Most of them used ready made sambar powder for making sambar. But I'm not using that one, because I made homemade sambar powder in my house. It is safe and better than ready-made sambar powder.
And also we need not to add coconut. So this receipe will become very easy. This sambar goes great with plain steamed rice and some spicy receipes by the side. It also goes well with Idly, dosa or uttapam.
