It is a delicious South India receipe prepared by adding lemon juice. It will make your taste buds tingle as soon as you see it. This is a very simple receipe that you can make in just 10 minutes. For this, you have to steam cook the rice at least 2 hours before. Hope you all try this once in your home.

Ingredients:
- Mustard - 1tsp
- Urad dal - 1tsp
- Channa dal-1 tsp
- Red chili - 2
- Curry leaves
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Peanuts- 2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 3 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of hing
- Cashews - optional.
- Steamed rice- 2 cups
Method :
Step 1: Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan over low flame. Add mustard, Urad dal, Channa dal, peanuts, red chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder, pinch of hang, and salt.
Step 2: saute them in a low flame, now add lemon juice and switch off the stove.
Step 3: Add Steamed rice into the mixture, garnish with cashews or coriander leaves. And it's ready to serve.
Note: According to your taste, adjust the quantity of lemon juice extract.
It is basically served with coconut chutney, pudhina chutney, etc.
