Raw banana roast/vazhakkai roast

This is a very easy and quick side dish that goes great with curd rice, rasam or sambar rice. It tastes amazing because of its uniqueness. Hope you'll try this once and let me know how it works out for you.

Preparation time : 5 minutes 
cooking time: 10 minutes 
Serves: 2

 Ingredients :
  1. Raw banana- 2 peeled and chopped. 
  2. Cinnamon - 1 small piece 
  3. Curry leaves - few
  4. Fennel seeds - 1tsp 
  5. Turmeric powder- 1tsp 
  6. Red chili powder - 1 tsp 
  7. Fennel powder- 1 tsp
  8. Garlic- 3 pallu 
  9. Salt- as required 

Method:

Step 1: Take a pan, heat 4 spoon of oil, once oil gets hot, add cinnamon, Fennel seeds, curry leaves, and chopped raw banana, saute them well. 

Step 2: Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Fennel powder and cook for 10 minutes in low flame,  no need to add water. 

Step 3: Next add crushed garlic  and saute well. Switch off the flame and ready to serve hot.

Take a pan, add cinnamon, Fennel seeds, curry leaves, chopped raw banana and saute well. And add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, Fennel powder. 

Cook in a low flame for 10 minutes and add crushed garlic and saute a minute. 
Now the raw banana roast is ready to serve.
