Capsicum fry

                    A quick and delicious Capsicum fry that makes a great side dish for curd rice, rasam, and sambar rice. It is very healthy and easy to cook in just 10 minutes. So, let's try this once at your home.

Preparation time:10 minutes 
Cooking time:10 minutes 
Serves: 2 to 3

Ingredients :

  1. Capsicum - 1/4 kg
  2. Mustard - 1tsp 
  3. Urad dal - 1 tsp 
  4. Onion- 1
  5. Tomato- 1
  6. Curry leaves- few
  7. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  8. Masala chili powder - 1tsp 
  9. Salt as required 
Method:

Step 1: Heat a pan with 2 tsp of oil, add Mustard, Urad dal, curry leaves, chopped onions and saute them well. 

Step 2: Add tomato and cook till the tomato turns mushy, add Capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. 

Step 3:Now add turmeric powder, masala chili powder and salt. Fry till the Capsicum fully cooked. No need to add water.

Take all the ingredients ready

Heat 2 tsp of oil, add Mustard, Urad dal, curry leaves. 

Add onion and fry it

Add tomato and cook till it turns mushy

Add Capsicum and saute well

Add turmeric powder, masala chili powder, and salt. Fry all till the Capsicum fully cooked. 

Now the Capsicum fry is ready to serve.
